Refunds and Cancellation are transaction specific and the same will be detailed out with each transaction.
Refunds can only be claimed within 07 days after purchase, Refunds is not possible once the site is hosted on your server as the project is open source. Customer must have a valid reason in order to claim refund.
In General, Refunds where applicable will happen within the credit period (typically 10-15 days). Refunds will happen to the original method of payment.
In case of dispute, we will work with the client and settle it amicably as per the discussed contract.
